WAUKEGAN TOWNSHIP HIGH SCHOOL CLASS OF 1969 40TH REUNION AUGUST 7 – 9, 2009 (Mailed September 2008) www.wths69reunion.com Classmates: Your Reunion Committee has been busy since September 2007 planning the 40th Reunion. We are very excited about this reunion and hope to see all our classmates. This is what we have so far with final details and cost to be disclosed in a later mailing. We are waiting for final estimates. “THE MIXER” will be held at the Waukegan Yacht Club, Friday, August 7. Food and beverages at this event. “THE DINNER” will be held at Midlane Country Club on Saturday, August 8. This will be dinner with entertainment; dress will be casual/informal. “SUNDAY GOOD-BYE” – We are still working on final details. “ACCOMMODATIONS” – a block of rooms will be held at Hawthorne Suites at Midlane Golf Resort. www.midlaneresort.com. You may contact them regarding reservations at 1-847-596-8936; mention the reunion and dates. “ACTIVITIES” – We are working on a possible Golf Outing for Friday and/or Saturday, a tour of the renovated Genesee theater, etc. On the next tab is a "Reservation Form" to be completed and returned via regular mail and/or e-mail. We would like to confirm mailing address, phone and e-mail address. In addition we would like to know whether you plan on attending, which day(s), and if you would be interested in any extra activities. In keeping with the Nationwide slogan of “Don’t drink and drive”, we are looking into transportation from the hotel to the Waukegan Yacht Club. Please check box if you would be interested in transportation (there will be a small fee). We are having a lot of positive feedback on this reunion. Many classmates have been reached that we could not find in the past. This should be an exceptional reunion!
