Look forward to seeing all on Tuesday.
I've been getting a lot of response from people who are interested in attending - even those we have not heard from before.
Glenn put a hold on Midlane Country Club for the week-end of August 7-9, 2009. He had some very favorable feedback from Midlane as to how they would work with us regarding down payments, meals, rooms, etc.
Could somebody please bring an annual to the meeting on Tuesday?
Let's be prepared to discuss the following:
1) Venues
2) Friday/Saturday extra-curricular activities (golf, somebody brought up bowling, etc)
3) Sunday - hospitality room, brunch
4) Mailing to help get an idea as to who will attend
5) Fund-raiser associated w/mailing and also plain old fund-raiser
6) Patsy videos re-run for either Friday and/or Saturday for those that have never seen
7) Open bar vs. non-open bar, partial open bar
8) Entertainment (music)
9) Open discussion for all other stuff! See you at 6:30 |
